Acute fuel shortage looms in Kisumu with many petrol station  in the town yet to receive their supplies four days now. Suppliers of the petroleum products protesting the controversial 16% VAT . Public service vehicles have hiked fares while private motorists in the Nyanza region are finding it difficult to continue operating due to the hiked fuel prices. Achola Simon reports from Kisumu county.
