Update (5/20/18): We have been struggling to post in our deprogramming series and are posting more videos about our current process again. We've come to the conclusion that as we integrate and deprogram, the types of videos we will be able to make will fluctuate and that is okay.

Update (4/19/18): I am now back to regularly posting new content in my deprogramming series. You can view the playlist as it unfolds here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLtLfUhTHFspI4ewn8n4_MgHXNhXnA2nB3

Trigger warning: MK ULTRA / Monarch mind control, Polyfragmented DID, PTSD, deprogramming, switching subsystems

Here is a short list of online resources for deprogramming trauma-based mind control that have been helpful for me:

Mind Control - RA Info: https://www.ra-info.org/mind-control

Svali Speaks! (The Life of Svali - an Ex-Illuminati Mind Control Programmer): https://www.svalispeaks.wordpress.com

End Ritual Abuse (Ellen Lacter's Website): https://www.endritualabuse.org

In order to deprogram myself, I've had to look specifically at the childhood sexual trauma I endured at the hands of my mother, as that constituted some of my core programming. In doing that work, the following two websites have been extremely helpful for me:

Making Daughters Safe Again: https://www.mdsa.squarespace.com/mother-daughter-sexual-abuse

Blooming Lotus - Journey to Recovery from Childhood Abuse: https://www.faithallen.wordpress.com

Faith Allen has posted many articles about recovery from child abuse (including ritual abuse) and Polyfragmented DID.

Her articles about mother-daughter sexual abuse can be found here: https://www.faithallen.wordpress.com/?s=Mother-daughter+sexual+abuse&submit=Search
