This veterinary educational video teaches the hamster owner not to apply lots of cream and spray Silver mist over a cut skin wound. The wound becomes very itchy and painful for the last 1 month. Now, 3 days as an in-patient, the hamster is anaesthesized by gas, because he bites people when handled. The skin surrounding the wound and on the wound is clipped bald. Clean water is used to wipe away the dirt and cream from the inflamed skin which looks less red than on Day 1 (see video Pt 1/2). The hamster sStill needs another 4 days of treatment to recuperate. Oral antibiotic is given for 7 days. The hamster is very active and eating well.
