Residents of Garissa County have been advised to move to higher grounds in anticipation of more floods as heavy rains continue to cause havoc across the country. County Commissioner Joshua Chepchieng said an alert has already been sent by KenGen advising all those living along the riparian land on Tana River to relocate.
