Gagandeep Singh Gagandeep Singh' s father was a drunkard and his alcoholism caused Gagandeep and his mother a lot of pain. Gagandeep always wondered why his father cared more about alcohol then his own family. He tried praying to other gods, pleading with them to make his father okay but to no avail. Eventually, Gagandeep had to quit school and took up barbering to make ends meet. He and his mother moved out to get away from his father's destructive behavior. One day, one of his customers, hearing about his problem, told him about a church he could go to. Gagandeep went, was touched by what he saw and, after the service, the pastor prayed for him. Just months later, Gagandeep's prayers were answered. His father came back of his own accord and quit alcohol completely. Gagandeep returned to studies and is currently much, much better.
