Nurses at the Kenyatta National and referral  hospital have threatened to down their tools beginning Monday next week over unpaid allowances. Meanwhile, beneficiaries of the controversial 44,000 Mwea scheme wants the government to speed up the allocation process saying delays in issuing titles has only acted to raise ethnic tensions.
