Hello, it’s Hailey with another monthly cafe at home in November.
In this month, I made spanish hot chocolate, cream cheese latte, and pink einspanner.

I’ll upload how to make spanish hot chocolate in next month!

When you heard ‘cream cheese latte’, you may think that doesn't go well with.
Because I’m the one thought like that. 😂 But it’s really really good.
Have you heard salt coffee? I heard when i’ve been Taiwan for trip, and it’s so delicious. Yes, as you can see, salt and cream cheese is definitely different. I don’t know what’s wrong with my tongue, but this latte reminds me that salt coffee that i tried in Taiwan. 

And lastly, pink einspanner.
If you following my youtube channel or instagram for awhile, you know I’m obsessed with einspanner in this year. 
For make this color, I used freeze-drying strawberry powder and little bit of food coloring. If you don’t have, you can replace with strawberry resin or any other ingredients you have!

You can see the difference before & after with filter!

This filter has unique grainy- feeling into it, and makes the color much more delicious. 
I recommend to use this filter to take coffee. Result will be great!

Cream Cheese Latte : coffee, milk, cream cheese cream(1tsp cream cheese, 80g heavy cream, 1 1/2tsp sugar), wafer snack

Pink Einspanner : coffee, pink cream(heavy cream, sugar, strawberry powder, red food coloring), freeze drying strawberry, strawberry meringue cookie
