In this video, I’m focusing on rack work from my training session on 8/2/07, using a rack to perform partial lifts and overload movements. Rack work is a great way to target specific sticking points in your lifts, allowing you to train with heavier weights than you might be able to handle through a full range of motion. It helps improve lockout strength, develop explosive power, and break through plateaus, especially in movements like the bench press, squat, and deadlift.

I’ll take you through the setup and execution of my rack work, demonstrating how to target key areas of strength that might be limiting my full-range lifts. By using the rack to focus on specific portions of the lift, I can develop more power and increase the ability to finish heavier reps in competition or training.

Whether you're training for powerlifting or just looking to build more strength in specific parts of your lifts, rack work can be a valuable tool. Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more insights into strength training, powerlifting techniques, and workout tips!
