The ruling Jubilee party has announced plans to reform its structures in a bid to endear its policies to the electorate. The Party’s secretary General Raphael Tuju announced the new plans even as members drawn from the ruling party reiterated that the party remains united under President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto, dismissing existence of rift between the two.
