Operations at the Embu Teaching and Referral Hospital have been paralyzed after a section of nurses went on strike citing frustrations from the County Health Department.   The over 40 nurses employed under contractual terms said they will boycott work until the County Health department gives them the same remuneration as those under permanent and pensionable terms.
