Senate Committee on Finance proposes Monitoring and Evaluation Framework amended

The Senate Committee on Finance is proposing to have the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework amended to require public institutions to account for the use of public funds monthly instead of the current scenario where they do so annually. Senators say this will fast track the process of nabbing officers looting public coffers and hence reduce misappropriation of public funds. Here is our coast reporter Juney Karisa with the details.
