Deputy President William Ruto says the government will build dams to curb the flood menace that has led to deaths, displacement of people and destruction of property in parts of the country. Speaking when he toured the flood-ravaged Tana River and Kilifi counties, the Deputy President said that the government will also assist the affected families with food, medicine and shelter.
