State Minister for Ethics and Integrity Simon Lokodo burnt his fingers over the Nyege Nyege Festival when he attempted to block the event and later beat a hasty retreat. However, he took refuge in issuing guidelines for the event but as to whether the guidelines are being followed, that's another matter
