Local and Foreign  companies are being urged to identify the type of childcare support they can offer their employees in efforts to attract and retain the best workforce. This is according to a report by the International Finance Corporation which says companies that offer childcare benefits for their employees stand to benefit from improved recruitment, retention, and productivity of workers.
