Farmers across the country have been urged to scout for signs of the Fall Army Worm in their farms to enable them deal with the deadly pest that has been reported in 12 counties. While giving various recommendations on how to deal with the pest, the Ministry of Agriculture has advised farmers to stay vigilant and report any cases to county agricultural offices to help control the spread of the worm that has already destroyed more than 11,000 hectares of maize fields.
