In this video, I’m demonstrating the Incline Dumbbell (DB) Press, an excellent exercise for building the upper chest and shoulders. By using dumbbells on an incline bench, you can achieve a greater range of motion and isolate the upper pectorals more effectively than with a barbell. This variation of the bench press helps create more muscle activation in the upper chest, while also engaging the deltoids, making it a great addition to any upper-body workout.

I’ll walk you through the setup, proper grip, and key form tips to ensure you’re maximizing your results. We’ll also discuss the benefits of using dumbbells over a barbell, including how they help improve muscle imbalances and increase stability. By focusing on controlled movements and the right angle, you can fully activate the upper chest and shoulders for balanced muscle growth and strength.

If you’re looking to develop a fuller, more defined chest and shoulders, the Incline DB Press should definitely be in your routine. Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more exercises and workout tips!
