Police Fire Department wants schools closed for ignoring guidelines

The police fire department wants all schools that have ignored the fire safety guidelines to be closed with immediate effect. The guidelines were passed in 2008 when school fires became rampant across the country. According to Joseph Mugisa, the director of Fire Prevention and Rescue Services in the Police, many schools have been negligent about these rules.
