Mombasa and Kiambu Counties have the highest amount of contaminated sugar that is already being consumed by residents. This is according to a Market Surveillance report issued by the Kenya Bureau of Standards which appeared before the joint Parliamentary committee investigating the contraband sugar saga in the country.
