Most likely a shoulder traumatic injury on the day of purchase. The seller had sent a clip of the puppy climbing over the playpen fence and landing on her front legs, more likely the lefft fore. The shoulder was severely traumatised and more likely abducted. This led to a serious radial nerve injury. You can see that the front paw is over flexed. A similar condition of severe shoulder abduction causing radial nerve injury exists in the racehorse - sweeny shoulders. I need to do more research on this condition.
