Outgoing IEBC  commissioners have assured Kenyans that  the 2017 general election is well on course. The commissioners say an elaborate work plan they designed will facilitate a free and fair election process contrary to the fears of many. The Isaac Hassan led team want those who will be lucky to steer the county in the 2017 general election to demonstrate patriotism to help the country foster integration and sustainable peace for development.
