Deputy Chief Justice Kalpana Rawal has formally moved to court to block the Judicial Service Commission from replacing her after she hits 70 years early next year. Through her lawyers Kioko Kilukumi and George Oraro, Kalpana maintains that she still has four more years left to serve as a Judge.
