In this video, I’m tackling a 665x1 squat, focusing on maximizing raw strength and maintaining impeccable squat form. This session is all about pushing myself to lift heavier while keeping technique sharp. The squat is a powerful compound movement that targets the legs, glutes, and core, and hitting a lift like this requires both physical strength and mental focus.

I’ll walk you through the setup, from bar placement to foot positioning, and discuss the key points of maintaining tightness throughout the movement. The goal is to generate maximum force, stay stable throughout the entire rep, and maintain full control as I descend and drive out of the hole. Every part of the squat counts, and at this weight, precision is essential to not only lift the weight but to protect the body and avoid injury.

If you’re looking for tips on improving your squat form, tackling heavier weights, or simply watching some heavy lifting in action, this video is for you. Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more training insights, powerlifting content, and strength-building strategies!
