Meru Senator Mithika Linturi wants the court to quash the decision by University of Nairobi that de-registered his degree and readmit him as a student in the  school of Law. The development coming as the University of Nairobi maintains that Senator Linturi was accorded fair hearing before the action was taken. Ben Chumba reports.
