Detailed Xperia Z Review: http://mobiscrub.com/android/sony-xperia-z-review/

The Xperia Z is Sony's best attempt so far I believe in the smartphone world! A water resistant & dust resistant Android being powered by 1.5 GHz quad core processor & 2 GB RAM that is capable of surviving under 1 m of water for almost 30 minutes.

The display is a stunning 5 inch full HD (1920 x 1080) screen with 10 multi touch points. The display is quite clear, however, I still feel that True HD IPS and sAMOLED are better display wise.

The Xperia Z timescape UI is simply breath taking in its entirety! Absolutely fluid, the user interface is smooth & quick. You can change the look and feel of the UI simply by choosing from multiple available themes. The quad core processor truly does a great job of delivering a flawless experience on the phone.

The camera in the Xperia Z is a powerful 13 MP shooter with autofocus & LED flash, also capable of shooting full HD videos! What's great is the front camera: a 2.2 MP front facing camera with full HD video recording capability at 30 fps. That's just phenomenal.

Apart from the obvious pre-loaded Android applications, the Xperia Z features an interesting app called X4. With the X4 you can play any of your 4 videos in a 2 x 2 grid simultaneously. I am not sure what one can do by playing all 4 in one go, but it still gives you a preview of more than 1 video at a time. You can just double tap to get inside the video & you can even take a screen grab of the video at a particular instant.

The device is quite thin -- only 7.9 mm & weighs around 145gms. It doesn't really feel that heavy but definitely using it with one hand is not as simple.

There would be a video with a detailed review for the Xperia Z soon! So, stay tuned.
