The Sony Xperia Tipo display is a 3.2 inches TFT Capacitive Touchscreen with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. Though the screen resolution of Xperia Tipo lies in the mid resolution area, it still does a decent job of rendering text and icons. If you looked too deep in the icons you would be able to see slight pixelation. However, the point really is that the colors look subtle and soft and aren't as vivid and bright as you would see in a Super AMOLED screen. The display does support wide viewing angles if you asked me. I mean, as you can see in the video I tried to tilt the devices at big angles and I could still read text. Though the colors of the Xperia Tipo did wash out a little. You also cannot expect much visibility in bright sunlight from the display of the Xperia Tipo.
