Our land has a thousand functions. But you have seen in our previous episodes how the land is used to reverse the legacy of the 1913 Land Act. One of the other functions on our land is to entertain and inform people. The girls are being sent to learn about conservation and to face their fears while having fun. This series of It's for Life is broadcast on SABC2 every Wednesday at 11h00. Since 1994, the current government has been making attempts at land restitution with varying levels of success. Through the eyes of our three participants we will find out about various land issues and educate our viewers about these important issues. Throughout the season we also involves a variety of role players like the Department of Rural development and Land Restitution, knowledgeable professors and lecturers in the field, journalists, newspapers, Chief, curators, historians and artists.
