You are going to make little dollops. Now, since I am making this for Valentines Day, I am going to make these into little hearts. If it is not Valentines Day you can just swirl through it. I am going to take my party spreader and pull through. There you have it little hearts. 

We are going to put this in a three hundred and fifty degree oven for thirty five to forty minutes. I will come back and show you how it looks. Alright the cheesecake is done you'll want to cool it and refrigerate it for three hours before serving, Happy Valentines Day.
