I am Brenda with Rada Manufacturing, I'm Kristi. Today we are going to show you how to make carmel crispix mix. You have one stick of butter or margarine, one cup of brown sugar, and one fourth of cup of light corn syrup. We are going to put this in the microwave for two and a half minutes.

While it is in the microwave we are going to put our crispix mix in our paper bag. Kristi you can pour it, the whole box and a cup of mixed nuts. You will want to shake it up, mix it up. Take it out of the microwave and stir it. Put it in for another two and a half minutes.

We are going to add our baking soda with our cook's spoon. Alright now that we have all our ingredients combine. We are going to pour this into the brown paper bag. We are going to close up the bag and stick it in the microwave for one and a half minutes. After a minute and a half in the microwave shake it up and put it back in for another minute and a half.

Okay, microwave is done, give it another shake. Kristi you have a pan for us. We are going to put it out on a cookie sheet that has been lined with wax paper. Let it cool and break it apart. Then you have your quick snack.
