Early pregnancies are to blame for the alarming rates of school dropout in the country. 1 among 10 teenage girls in Kenya is forced to drop out of school because of teenage pregnancy which opens a door to increase early marriage and single parenthood. Even as the government stems up it is effort in the fight against teenage pregnancy and HIV AIDS the rates still remain high and deeper underlying issues like poverty could also be playing a vital role in the increase of this alarming rates.
