Members of Parliament led by Kyaddondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi on Thursday paid a visit to Mityana Municipality legislator Francis Zaake. This follows Zaake’s return from India where he was flown for specialised medical treatment after he was allegedly tortured by security operatives upon his arrest during campaigns prior to Arua Municipality by-elections.
