Matt Jackson and Jane Kennedy are working members of the Class 40 Preservation Society/Bury Diesel Group. Today is their Easter wedding day with the wedding party travelling on the East Lancashire Railway's 'Wedding Belle' Special. The locomotive that hauled the train to Rawtenstall was CFPS mainline engine 40145, and so here we see the loving couple standing on the platform, and then we span around to see 40145 whistling away in platform 2 of Bury Bolton Street adorned with balloons and ribbons courtesy of the CFPS. Notice CFPS working member Karl Crowther in the background at the very beginning of this video, and also notice the driver Chris Guntripp is at the cab window thoroughly enjoying this special occasion.
