Education minister Janet Museveni has warned headteachers against misusing funds meant for the implementation of government projects.  
The minister’s warning follows concerns that she has been receiving about headteachers misappropriating funds. She is concerned that this led to the failure of government projects and affecting learning outcomes in the country.
