I made this monitor stand because I noticed that since I started editing more videos I spend a lot more time in front of my computer. I have a bunch of solid wood Mesquite flooring that was given to me. So I decided to make a stand using the flooring. It has a tongue and groove already, so glue up is fairly easy and it is already milled flat so there isn't a lot of extra work that has to go in to it. This is a very simple build no fancy joinery or any angled cuts. The wood flooring has a nice grain to it which really "makes" the whole project in my opinion. It also added a nice touch of warmth to my sterile home office which was mostly white. Thanks for watching.
