Two police officers shot dead by armed bandits in Isiolo

Armed bandits have shot dead two police officers and injured at least 4 others in Isiolo county. The officers were ambushed by the gun men as they drove back stolen cattle that they were pursuing. The officers were trailing the animals stolen in Samburu and moved towards Nasoroi valley. The attackers are said to have taken control of the livestock after overpowering security personnel.
