Terror threats are still alive in Kenya with vigilance house urging the public to be extra vigilant wherever they are and report suspicious persons and events to the police. Addressing the press in Nairobi, the Kenya police spokesman Charles Owino further urged members of the diplomatic corps and other high profiled personalities to cooperate with security agencies as they up their degree of search and surveillance in respective areas.By Irene Muchuma.
