Concerned about the plight of farmers in the country, the government has launched  the National Adaptation Plan for Agricultural Sector to reduce on the negative effects of climate change. Launching, the plan in Kampala today, Agriculture Minister Vincent Ssempijja implored farmers to improve on their farming methods to cope with the ever changing climate.
