Russian Government to build twenty million dollar lab in Uganda by mid next year

The Russian government has revealed that it is planning to help Uganda build a modern lab that analyses minerals. 

The estimated twenty million dollar lab is expected to be opened mid next year. 

While speaking to journalists, this morning at the Uganda Media Centre, Andrey Rashin, the Head of the Russia-Uganda Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Scientific and Technical Cooperation, said there is a need for Uganda to have such a laboratory as a way of improving the country’s mining sector
