Chaos broke out during a meeting of Kasese’s district council as members argued over the motion to split the district into three - namely Mubuku, Bwera and Nyamugasani. District Council speaker Geofrey Bwerere ruled that the majority of Kasese district councilors had voted yes to sub-divide Kasese, a move which was immediately opposed. In the ensuing arguments that involved fist fights, plain clothed security intervened and whisked the speaker away as the anti-split group hurled threats and insults. #NTVNews Subscribe to Our Channel For more news visit http://www.ntv.co.ug Follow us on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/ntvuganda Like our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/NTVUganda
