Rohit Massey and his friends found slashing someone across their face or murdering someone very normal. 'One man gave me Rupees 1500 to slash the face of a woman leader. So I took my friend and showed the woman to him. He went to her and just as the woman was bending down to see the address he pulled out a blade and slashed her face and ran away. I was standing a little distance away. Both of us ran away from there,' said Rohit.
