Kenya’s  ambassador to Austria Hassan Wario and two other senior sports officials have been charged with graft over the Rio 2016 Olympics scandal. The three were each released on a 1 million shilling cash bail and a personal bond of a similar amount.  Athletics legend Kipchoge Keino who had appared alongside Wario at the directorate of criminal investigations will now be a prosecution witness in the case.
