Couponing experts Sonya Mangrum and Freeda Moses join TnT for a few "realistic" tips to save $$ at the grocery store. 

They don't go to extremes, just try to save 50% a trip. 

Tips:
1. Buy several papers. Remember the bigger the city the
bigger and better the inserts are.

2. Start small and build on that. Don't get overwhelmed.



3. Stay organized. Couponing can get overwhelming by itself.
Organization is crucial. 


4. Plan ahead. The more you have worked out ahead of time,
the easier your shopping trip will be. 


5. 2 heads are better than 1. If you have a partner you can
share coupons and ideas also if I miss something my friend may catch it and
vice versa 


6. Make time. Everyone can do this and save a lot of money.
Don't make excuses. 


7. Watch your sales. only buy when it's on sale and  have a coupon.
