Former directors of the defunct Global Trust Bank which Bank of Uganda closed in 2014, have asked for compensation. The Nigerian nationals, who appeared before the parliamentary committee on Commissions, Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises asked the MPs to direct Bank of Uganda to compensate them for the losses they incurred following the abrupt closure of their bank
