Kenya Retired Athletes Welfare association chairman Vitallis Emurian has challenged the Anti-Doping Agency of Kenya and athletics Kenya to prosecute and issue life bans on athletes caught in doping scandals. This comes barely a month after the World Anti-Doping Agency; WADA delegation visited the country to deliberate on the fight against the menace.
