Vomiting & kidney failure in an old Terrier X

Vomiting for the 3rd time. Blood test is still needed to find out whether it is kidney failure or not as treatment must be evidence-based, I explained to the owner who had said that 2 blood tests done in Oct and Dec showed kidney disorders. Now, in March 2014, she assumed the same.
