High court bars KRA car crackdown- Scales of Justice

High court has restrained KRA from conducting any further crackdown on vehicle tax evaders until the 25th of may 2016. Judge Isaac Lenaola also stopped the taxman from further interfering with vehicles impounded a few days ago and advised for negotiation with the vehicle owners. Meanwhile in Bungoma, the man who was captured hanging on a helicopter carrying the body of slain businessman Jacob juma has been released on a 30,000-shilling-bond.
