Opposition asks government to open political space before National Dialogue

The Opposition have given the organizers of the planned Uganda National Dialogue a set of conditions to adhere to if they are to participate in the talks tentatively scheduled to take place in June 2019. Some of the conditions include a commonly agreed upon agenda, guarantees that the decisions will be implemented and that government guarantees freedom of political activities.
