Phyllis Kyomuhendo an ICT Innovator at OutBox Uganda, came up with an App called M-scan that can be used by medical practitioners to do ultra sound scans on women around Uganda. According to Kyomuhendo, this was aimed at reducing the number of maternal deaths in Uganda.
