Bernard Isindu the owner of the bus that was involved in accident that killed 54 people in Londiani  has been arraigned in Molo court. The ill-fated bus owner alongside the manager of the sacco that operated the bus were arrested yesterday. The move came even as Traffic Commandant Samuel Kimaru accused Kenyans of not helping much reduce road carnage by accepting to board full buses.
