The government has  directed the Communication Authority of Kenya to start regulating    films screened to minors  amid concerns over continued degradation of morals especially among the youth. The directive comes just a day after the Kenya National Examinations Council intimated that some films exposed to school going children could be the reason behind the increase in teenage pregnancies.
