IEBC now wants Justice George Odunga to disqualify himself from hearing and determining a case against Wavinya Ndeti. Through their lawyers the electoral body, argues Justice Odunga presided over the hearing and determination of the Chama Cha Uzalendo party pitting Ndeti and may already have an opinion. Separately the high court will on Thursday make a decision as to whether the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal has the jurisdiction to decide on petitions touching on constitution interpretations.
